New research from market intelligence firm Savanta has been published lately shedding light on America's favorite restaurant chains in 2023. This report gathered responses from over 72,000 respondents through Savanta's BrandVue Eating Out platform where they were asked to rate their sentiment toward different brands using a numerical scoring system.
With quick-service restaurants Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, and McDonald's acquiring the top three 'brand love' scores respectively, Texas Roadhouse scored fourth making it the top full-service dining chain mentioned in this new report.

We saw a similar alignment back in April when Yelp released their 'top-50 most-loved brands' list for 2023 based on customer reviews where Texas Roadhouse came second only beaten by First Watch breakfast chain.
In another recent consumer satisfaction study by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), Texas Roadhouse was singled out for being in a tie for second place with Cracker Barrel and LongHorn Steakhouse, just one point behind Outback Steakhouse.
Whether it's attributable to the giant margaritas or Americans never-ending craving for a juicy steak, their affection towards Texas Roadhouse is beyond question. This sentiment was acknowledged during this July's earnings release call where they reported a same-store sales increase of 9.1% and customer traffic growth of 4.7%.
